We are getting details about the coverup of a carpet cleaning company that dispatched an employee to rob a man’s home in mid August.
A&A Carpet Cleaning of Vandergrift dispatched an unnamed, young carpet cleaner to the home of a Vandergrift man who was out of the house at the time of the cleaning.
When he returned, he found approximately $1,500 of valuebles to be missing from the home.
He immediately contacted A&A Carpet Cleaning to inform him of what happened, and they responded by stating that they would have the employee polygraphed. This did not happen, and a police report has been filed in Kiski Township.
Shortly after the report was filed, Kiski Township’s Police Force was disbanded, and the treasurer was fired, leaving the Township with missing cash, and an investigation unsolved.
